




I was the Creative Director and principal Content Designer on a big redesign for The Hartford in 2015 that involved an extensive content strategy that streamlined the site to be more optimized for conversion, instead of an SEO Article repository. It also included a highly personalizable module that could be used to more effectively retarget prospects. Shortly after, I wrote a comprehensive Customer Experience Writing Guide for their internal teams, so they could create more engaging and empathetic digital experiences.
