Top-ten insurance brokerage Lockton engaged us to redesign their global site, as part of a larger rebranding effort. Our solution started with embracing their heritage, and defining their unique position. This demonstrated to clients that when it comes to service “Independence Changes Everything.” We simplified the ambitions of what their brand book should be, and changed the tone from being about rules and final solutions, to being a shared toolkit with valuable, easy-to-use, resources for their in-house teams to get in market faster. At the center of it all was a compelling brand story featured on their global site, which we helped them launch live, onstage at their annual worldwide meeting.
