Discover Content Design

These videos detail large Content Design / UX initiatives, such as the redesign of the Discover customer account center, the launch of the Discover it card, as well as showcasing a broad spectrum of interactive work over the course of our 18 year relationship with Discover. I was deeply involved in all these initiatives as a creative director and principal content designer—including redesigning Discover.com, the account center experience, product pages, applications, lifecycle emails, and hundreds of other projects.
